Gift Card Products in Medusa Admin

Gift card products are storefront products that customers can purchase to receive a gift card. When a customer buys a gift card product, a gift card is automatically generated and delivered to them.

You can configure a gift card product's preset denominations, manage media, and control which sales channels the product is available in.

Note: Gift card products are different from gift cards. A gift card product is a purchasable item on your storefront. A gift card is the code issued after a purchase or created directly by you. See the Gift Cards guide for more details.
